Log in to your library account by selecting Sign In in the upper right hand corner and entering your library card affiliation (type: Shorewood Public Library, Milwaukee County Federated Library System, or whatever Milwaukee County Library location your card is from) and library card number and pin. You can choose to have your device remember your card number and PIN so you will not need to re-enter it each time. However, you will need to re-enter your affiliated library.
  3. Search or browse for audiobooks by selecting the menu icon (looks like three orange bars stacked horizontally), and choosing which genre or type you want to look at.
Select a title you’d like to borrow by clicking on the cover.

  5. Click Download and follow the instructions to complete the download into OverDrive.
  6. If the book is not immediately available to borrow, click the orange Hold button. On the next page, confirm your email address and confirm your hold request. You will be notified via email when the book is available for you to check out.
  7. Open OverDrive to see the titles you have downloaded. When you're ready, just plug your MP3 player into your computer and drag the book files to the device in OverDrive. For more information on transferring audiobooks to your MP3 player go to the Windows help page or the Mac help page.
