Balance Your Plate Workshop

In this workshop, certified nutrition coach and personal trainer Cassie Hoelzl will help you gain a basic understanding of macronutrients (carbohydrates, protein, and fats), and how they contribute to weight loss/gain, energy levels, and how to build a balanced approach to your nutrition.


Cassie has over ten years of experience in physical therapy combined with three years of personal training and nutrition coaching experience. She is the owner of Thrive Fitness, LLC (4433 North Oakland Avenue) in Shorewood.
