Shorewood Longevity Project
Monday, June 3
All Day
Location: Shorewood Public Library
Did you know that Shorewood, Wisconsin has a similar climate, walkability score, and connected community to some of the world's blue zones? Blue zones are regions where people tend to live exceptionally long, and happy, lives.
The Shorewood Public Library is partnering with naturopathic doctor Sarah Axtell on the Shorewood Longevity Project. This community-wide project seeks to improve quality of life through community enhancement, daily movement, intergenerational connections, and nutrition. Stop by the library to view our display featuring an array of longevity books, as well as a Longevity Passport to embark upon your longevity journey this summer! Complete 16 of the many activities featured in the passport and turn it in to receive a tote bag filled with prizes and coupons from local businesses!
