Lizzie Borden and the Borden Murders: The Original CSI

On August 4th, 1892 in Fall River, Massachusetts, Andrew Borden and his wife, Abby, were murdered in their home with a hatchet. Andrew’s daughter, Lizzie, was charged with the double murder, but was eventually acquitted. The murders remain unsolved to this day.

Chicago actor and story-teller Edward Dzialo was also born and raised in Fall River, Massachusetts. In this offering from Rose Productions, Edward not only shares the details of the unsolved murders, but also paints a fascinating picture of Lizzie, both before and after the murders that made her so infamous.

With the use of photos, memorabilia, and a first-hand account of life in the city that Lizzie Borden also called home, attendees will be fascinated and start on their own path of trying to determine the perpetrator of this best-known of all unsolved murder cases.
