Communications Study

The Shorewood Public Library is the subject of a communications study being conducted by a Marquette University graduate student, Lauren Olson. Lauren is interested in learning more about how the library communicates  - both with those who use the library and with those who do not. 

Lauren's research will not only provide her with experience, but also will provide the library with valuable insight into how our community receives messages from us. This will help shape our communications so we can be sure we are reaching those who need to hear from us, with the information they need to hear.
