2015: Poster
Designed by Shorewood High School student, and artist, Tyler Pelzek. Tyler was a member of Jeff Zimpel's graphic design class in fall 2014, who were asked to design a poster for Shorewood Reads. As part of that task, Mr. Zimpel had them read excerpts, learn about Nickolas Butler, and explore the themes present in Shotgun Lovesongs. There were many amazing poster designs that came out of the work that class did, and the Shorewood Reads committee chose Tyler's almost unanimously.
